Ultrasound is central to understanding what is happening in early pregnancy. As part of clinical care, I perform detailed early pregnancy and pelvic ultrasound to assess:

Retained tissue following miscarriage

I completed a fellowship in advanced gynaecological and early pregnancy ultrasound at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), based within one of the busiest and most complex early pregnancy units in the UK.
This involved caring for women with miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, and complicated early pregnancies every day, using high-level ultrasound and multidisciplinary decision-making.
